  I have always had a very good experience at Valley Ranch Family Dentistry. Scheduling / cancelling / and re-scheduling appointment is always a breeze. The entire staff is very polite and they take very good care. My son loves to go for his appointment. Dental checkups can be nerve racking for a 4 year old but the staff goes above and beyond to make him comfortable. They are very patient and never rush through the appointment.

  Today was my first visit and it was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and they were well prepared for my arrival with regards to COVID-19. My tooth extraction was virtually painless, I didn't even feel the numbing shot. She had the tooth extracted and sutured up within 15 minutes. It's been about 3 hrs since the visit and there is no bleeding or pain.

  Went in so I could get my teeth/gums checked and I was very pleased with the service I was provided. They explained what I needed done very thoroughly and made everything very easy for me to understand. They even provided me a form with line items of the work I was recommended to get done and it was detailed enough for me to have a full understanding of what each step was. The staff was very friendly from the moment that I walked through the door and that always helps in any business. Overall great experience and i'll definitely be choosing them to take care of my dental needs!

  I have been visiting the dentist for over 60 plus years. However. I have never experienced the exceptional service and cheerfulness this professional team and staff gives. I would rate 10 stars plus! I certainly appreciated the caring and gentleness that I was given....

  Great first visit at this office. I changed insurance and had to change dentists. I choose this one because I wanted a smaller shop with more personal service. After one visit I can say I got what I was looking for....a fast, painless cleaning with an exam and xrays with lots of technology and friendly service. Headed back in April.
