Our office offers a $29 Exam and Xray special for your initial visit. During the Exam, our dentist, Dr. Sakina Khambaty will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your dental needs and will provide you with an itemized cost of any treatment recommended. We offer a steep discount for our self pay patients to make the treatment affordable.
If you have insurance we will look up your insurance benefits and will let you know your out of pocket cost.
Where is the dentist office located?
Valley Ranch Family Dentistry is located in Valley Ranch in Irving TX. Our address is 510 Ranch Trail, Suite 102, Irving TX 75063. For patients familiar to the Valley Ranch area, we are at the intersection of MacArthur Blvd and Ranch Trail. We are the middle suite in our building. Our sign can be seen when driving on Ranch Trail. We are right next to Kinder Care on one side and Best Brains on the other. We have plenty of parking space for our visitors.
How long does it take to get an appointment at your Valley Ranch Office?
We pride ourselves on accommodating our patients schedules and providing quick appointments. If it is an emergency, we will get you in on the same day. For non emergency appointments, we usually are able to provide you with same day or next day appointments.

What qualifications does the dentist at Valley Ranch Family Dentistry have?
Our dentist, Dr. Sakina Khambaty, received her dental degree fro Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdal, Florida in 2009. She moved to Irving TX in 2014 and opened her practice in Valley Ranch and is licensed to practice in state of Texas and regularly completes continuing education courses to stay on top of innovations in the field. Unfortunately we don’t. At this time our only location is in Valley Ranch in Irving Texas.
